TERMS OF Service

1. PaymentPayment will be made via Paypal, 50% at the start of the job (before the sketch) and 50% after completion.
If the client withdraws and the sketch has already been produced, the initial 50% will not be refunded.
For local payments through PIX only!2. Process and changes
The client will receive updates on the process for approving or requesting changes.
Free changes will only be allowed during the sketch and base color phases.
Changes to the final rendering will be charged separately, as they require significant rework.3. Extra Elements
Additional items such as objects, animals or scenery will cost extra, depending on the level of difficulty.
If the request is extremely complex and out of my hands, I reserve the right to refuse it. In such cases, I recommend that you re-evaluate or simplify your ideas.4. Communication and deadlines
We will keep in touch throughout the process to ensure that the work meets expectations. Please respond within reasonable timeframes to avoid delays in delivery.
The delivery time will be agreed in advance, but may vary according to the complexity of the request.5. Rights and Use
The final artwork will only be delivered once full payment has been confirmed.
I reserve the right to publish the artwork in my portfolio or on social media. If you wish it to remain private, please inform me at the beginning of the negotiation.
